We ensure compliance with government regulations (e.g. FDA, Sarbanes-Oxley) through the proper execution of system and hardware validation activities. We routinely design, train and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) with emphasis on consistency within operational activities. We conduct, manage assess internal audits which culminate in the creation and execution of corrective action plans focused on process improvement. We manage, monitor and analyze testing and measurement of various types (e.g. functional, performance, automated or manual) to ensure quality deliverables as standalone projects or as part of a more comprehensive Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Program.
