Giving Back to Our Community
Every year Innovative Development Adopts multiple families to provide full Thanksgiving Dinners to along with enough food for many additional meals. Food donations are packed up in our office and given to local charities to share with families.
In addition, each Holiday Season ID adopts a couple of local families to provide new toys, clothes and gifts cards to the kids. All employees are able to participate by donating and wrapping gifts. We are grateful that with the support of our employees we have been able to give so many children a joyful holiday season.
Community Support
ID participates at University/College Industry specific events geared towards providing college students industry and career insights,
ID partners with local universities and colleges to present seminars and webinars providing practical advice and guidance on creating an informative resume and improving their interviewing skills.
ID collaborates with local non-profits and school districts to provide resume and interview skills workshops youth in our community.
