The session will focus on the challenges created by mobile computing devices for Records Management groups.  Most organizations have embraced mobile technology and allow employees to access internal systems via mobile devices, both personal and company owned.  This creates a highly connected workforce that increases productivity and communication.  With those benefits come challenges in maintaining control over digital assets and records management.  A real world case study will be shared with the participants that highlights some of the challenges and what industry best practices can be applied to overcome those issues.
