Come join us for “eDiscovery Hiring Trends“ presented by Amanda Mortimer and Martina Rodi of Innovative Development.

Ms. Rodi is a founding member of Innovative Development and was responsible for setting up the company Human Resources and employee development programs. She currently works as a Senior Recruiter helping to design and evaluate new and improved recruiting and sourcing methods.

Ms. Mortimer is the VP of HR at Innovative Development focused on all aspects of Human Resources from Recruiting, Career Development, Employee Relations, Compensation Management and Benefits. Ms. Mortimer has her MS in Human Resource Development and BA is Psychology with a concentration in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
